Customer Experience - Do we really Care?

Do we Remember…
The moment we were offered a tissue,
     Before that hanging ice-cream at the edge dripped;
The moment we realized - having stepped on to a wet floor,
     After that missing signage - we painfully slipped;
The moment our electrical switch tripped,
     Before we could have got electrified (Oops! Electrocuted) @ 220V;
The moment busy with shopping – all of a sudden our wallet got ripped,
     After we missed the disclaimer reading “The Store is not responsible for…”

We were served with water at the restaurant,
     Before we bit on spice;
At times we bought an expensive movie ticket,
     Soon realizing on our feet were dancing - a cute couple of mice;
We were escorted to the exotic blue lagoon hotel suite,
     Before handing over the keys;
At times we pleaded our banker - for a rectification & refund,
     Soon realizing - we almost begged on our knees…

What If, just before slipping off, we were offered a hand…
What If, not as a “Store”, as a Human - we were helped with the CCTV and…
What If, an expensive movie ticket, wouldn’t just have a movie to offer…
What If, we were heard respectfully, no matter we walked up to the bank or were driven by a car with chauffeur…

Let’s offer an Experience - We ourselves do Deserve,

Apart from Leading Sales - There is Much on Ground to Preserve;

Let’s earn Customers rather than Snatching,

Indeed, Experience has a Magnetic Charm - missing in the Data - Algorithm Matching…
