A smart little boy in school, when the Teacher Questioned,

What do you aspire to be - apart from what is Destined;

Thought much for nights Two,

Peers wanted to become Doctor, Engineer, few wanted to Sue;

Next morning he ran to the Teacher & Said,

I would rather prefer to be a Banker Instead...

When the Teacher asked Why? Asa kasa kay? (“Why So?” in Marathi language)

He said because the Sky is so High;

To earn & be the richest will take me so much Time,

Better I manage to accumulate the rich mens' wind Chime;

Percussion will be theirs tune would be Mine,

I would secure their funds with a thin margin Line...

No wonder what he Became,

Dreams fell in line & Came;

He got a job in an ICMC, (Currency Chest)

Bundles of cash at every glimpse he could See;

Weeks, Months, Couple of Years later,

He realized he had been a Waiter;

He waited for Success to come to Him,

Never did he approach it with a Strong enough Limb;

Nevertheless he changed his Mantra & Dream,

The Road to success is Persistence & a Strong Smart Team...

He started his own Bank,

Very soon built a corporate office from lending over a wooden Plank;

Time made him Realize,

Trust & Service to the customer made him Rise;

While the rest were busy drawing & crying over the target Graph,

He served his customers more than he ever did to his better Half...

The difference between what he Was & what he Is,

Is only the perception through this Iris;

Dreams do not come True,

Without even some efforts Few;

One needs to Dream - Plan - Strive & Continue,

To enjoy success with overall Aerial View...
