Customer Experience - Do we really Care?

Do we Remember…
The moment we were offered a tissue,
     Before that hanging ice-cream at the edge dripped;
The moment we realized - having stepped on to a wet floor,
     After that missing signage - we painfully slipped;
The moment our electrical switch tripped,
     Before we could have got electrified (Oops! Electrocuted) @ 220V;
The moment busy with shopping – all of a sudden our wallet got ripped,
     After we missed the disclaimer reading “The Store is not responsible for…”

We were served with water at the restaurant,
     Before we bit on spice;
At times we bought an expensive movie ticket,
     Soon realizing on our feet were dancing - a cute couple of mice;
We were escorted to the exotic blue lagoon hotel suite,
     Before handing over the keys;
At times we pleaded our banker - for a rectification & refund,
     Soon realizing - we almost begged on our knees…

What If, just before slipping off, we were offered a hand…
What If, not as a “Store”, as a Human - we were helped with the CCTV and…
What If, an expensive movie ticket, wouldn’t just have a movie to offer…
What If, we were heard respectfully, no matter we walked up to the bank or were driven by a car with chauffeur…

Let’s offer an Experience - We ourselves do Deserve,

Apart from Leading Sales - There is Much on Ground to Preserve;

Let’s earn Customers rather than Snatching,

Indeed, Experience has a Magnetic Charm - missing in the Data - Algorithm Matching…

Customer Experience - Work in Progress!

Who is a Customer?
The one who Pays,
Is aware of our Good & Bad
But seldom Says
Believes in our Product / Service
Lends us Opportunity in many Ways
Given the much Deserved Attention
For Decades with us Stays...

What is an Experience?
Is what gets Registered in Minds
Maybe Good Bad Neutral across Scales
Is what Pulls Off or Binds
Can be Created, Modified but Never Deleted
Either Real or Fake it Auto Finds...

Quite a Bunch of our time @ work revolves around:
What we Do
How we Do
& How Do we Continue...

Few Smarter Think of What is that We Can Change in:
What we Do
How we Do
& How Do we Continue...

"Quite Rare" Think of Does the Customer Love:
What we Do
How we Do
& How Do we plan to Continue...

Are We Among the "Quite Rare"?
Am eager to see you Share ☑️
