I miss my Sindh...

Each year, each Month, 
I miss -  each of our Darvesh & Sant;
Each week, each Day, 
I wish our Jhulelal may;
Return back to us our divine Sindh, 
Though quite lovingly we are nurtured abroad & in Hind;
We have lost our own Mother, 
Even though we are loved by many Other...

I miss our mithdi Boli, 
I miss the pure ghee Loli;
I miss my Amaa jo Pingo,
I have no choice for a snack other than Lays or Bingo...

I crave to drink the crystal like divine water of Sindhu, 
Though I do worship the Ganga being a Hindu;
I crave to smell my own Mitti,
So away is Sindh now -  wish could write back a Chithi... (A Letter)

O my lovely Mother Sindhu, 
I need you - What if I am a Hindu;
Don't I deserve your love & Care, 
I am thrown away & others take my Share... 

I ask you -  is it Fair? 
I ask myself -  is it Fair? 

We do have been Broken Down - Scattered Around, 
We do have so much to Achieve;
So much do we already Have, 
So much were we forced to Leave... 

Each week, each Day, 
Let us collectively Wish & Pray;
To breathe in our own Sindh, 
To earn around the World - but live only in our own Pind - Our Sindh...

Often to Interact is meant to Speak,
To Discover is meant to Seek;
Often to Communicate we need a Voice,
To get Noticed we speak louder than the Noise...

Times are Rare,
When we ask & she gives a Stare;
Unable to Hear, 
Not easy though - she attempts to understand Without Fear...

Times seem not to be Fair, 
When we keep shouting & he maintains silence to Bear;
Unable to Say,
What all he wished he could he May...

Times do Scare,
When we see her crossing the lane and Dare;
Unable to See, 
Perhaps she is more confident than Me...

It's time we Notice, 
Communication beyond Voice;
It's time we Interact, 
Without creating Noise... 

No Eyes can See, 
No Ear can Hear;
No Tongue can Speak,
Without Willingness - With Fear...

It's we who Create & Define, 
The Boundaries of our Communication...

It's we who Can Change & Design,
How Inclusive would be our Communication...

It's Not their Inability to Hear, Speak or See, 
It's Our Inability to Communicate, Can We? 

Customer Experience - Do we really Care?

Do we Remember…
The moment we were offered a tissue,
     Before that hanging ice-cream at the edge dripped;
The moment we realized - having stepped on to a wet floor,
     After that missing signage - we painfully slipped;
The moment our electrical switch tripped,
     Before we could have got electrified (Oops! Electrocuted) @ 220V;
The moment busy with shopping – all of a sudden our wallet got ripped,
     After we missed the disclaimer reading “The Store is not responsible for…”

We were served with water at the restaurant,
     Before we bit on spice;
At times we bought an expensive movie ticket,
     Soon realizing on our feet were dancing - a cute couple of mice;
We were escorted to the exotic blue lagoon hotel suite,
     Before handing over the keys;
At times we pleaded our banker - for a rectification & refund,
     Soon realizing - we almost begged on our knees…

What If, just before slipping off, we were offered a hand…
What If, not as a “Store”, as a Human - we were helped with the CCTV and…
What If, an expensive movie ticket, wouldn’t just have a movie to offer…
What If, we were heard respectfully, no matter we walked up to the bank or were driven by a car with chauffeur…

Let’s offer an Experience - We ourselves do Deserve,

Apart from Leading Sales - There is Much on Ground to Preserve;

Let’s earn Customers rather than Snatching,

Indeed, Experience has a Magnetic Charm - missing in the Data - Algorithm Matching…
